"Content you can't beat!"

In 2004, I started writing for Gmag, a popular Cairo-based magazine and city guide. Gmag is a favourite with both local readers and tourists. The monthly publication follows local events and is the first to hear of and expose rumours.

Two years later, I moved to Dubai, UAE  and have since contributed content to Oryx for Qatar Airways, Open Skies and Portfolio for Emirates Airlines, Tabloid of Gulf News, Kanoo World Traveller, CSP Today, Wheels, The International Indian and various web portals.

I have also provided copywriting and translation for brochures and websites to leading companies in different industries. Currently I translate the monthly content for FLEX's Middle East edition- the world's number one bodybuilding magazine. To see some of my writing samples, please click here.

More recently, I have had the privelege to join IRIN, the United Nation's office for the coordination of human affairs in Dubai Humanitarian City, as a Media Intern. The 3-month internship exposed me to invaluable knowledge on how humanitarian news is compiled and made public. This involved fundamental strategies, such as public relations and investigative work, alongside regular communication with regional and international reporters.
